What is the minimum rental period?
Most items rent on a monthly basis, extendable month-to-month. Event rentals (chairs, carpets, etc.) can be as short as a day or two. Tell us what you need and we'll work something out.
Do you charge a security deposit?
A small refundable security deposit may apply depending on the item and the rental duration. It's spelled out clearly in your quote — no hidden charges.
What about delivery and setup charges?
Free delivery and on-site assembly for most rentals across Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Larger setups (bulk orders, events, distant localities) may include a nominal logistics fee — included upfront in your quote.
What if something stops working during my rental?
Call or WhatsApp us. Normal wear-and-tear and accidental breakdowns are covered — we repair or replace the item at no extra charge for the duration of your rental.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, easily — just message us before your end date and we'll extend month-by-month.
Can I return items early?
Yes. We'll arrange pickup. Refund / billing for unused months is handled per the terms in your rental agreement — usually pro-rated.

What documents do I need?
A government photo ID (Aadhaar / Driving License / Passport) and proof of address. Quick and easy verification at delivery.
